On arrival, I was very impressed with the facility. The environment was very comfortable and showed a professional look ideal for professional training.

Once the training started, the instructor Donny (as he would like to be called), was very down to earth and not “robotic” as many other trainers I have been exposed to in the past. The Discussions were very open with many real office situations, which brought collaboration and interaction to a high (level).
All questions were answered with precision from the instructor.

The virtual servers and training material was “on point” and easy to understand. It was beneficial as many objectives dealt with the real world occurrences and resolutions.

I thoroughly enjoyed the entire three(3) days, and it has left me feeling confident that I am able to be more effective in planning, managing and troubleshooting my exchange server.
